My Story

I’m a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and a coach. I've built a business that supports my desired lifestyle and not the other way around.

To be honest, I'm not passionate about real estate, I'm more passionate about life and about spending quality time with my family.

That has always been the main reason that got me into real estate investing.

I came to San Francisco to pursue my higher education because it was something that was very important to my parents and back then I thought it's a required milestone for success in life (it's not...).

After getting a master's degree in Kinesiology while working a full time job, I quickly realized that entry level job in the field will not be sufficient to support a family of four in San Francisco.

It is my strong desire to help others quit their job, to help others make more money, and to help others achieve financial freedom.

By using my social media presence, my goal is to share the lessons I've learned throughout my journey - both the wins and the failures/lessons. It is my hope to directly impact and inspire the lives of others to pursue the life of their dreams.

If not now then when?

So I had to continue working my 9-5 job at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco (JCCSF) as the Director of Security.

While I enjoyed my time with the JCCSF, after 11 years of working a 9-5 job with no opportunity to grow professionally and financially, I had to make a change. I knew deep down the freedom that comes with being a real estate investor and entrepreneur was what I truly desired.

And this is when my real estate Investing journey has began. I read many books, listened to podcasts, watched YouTube videos, bought Real estate investing courses, and went to Real Estate Investment Club Meetings.

It was a grind, I made many mistakes, I failed a lot of times but I believed in the process and before you know it, I found myself succeeding in this business.

September 30, 2015 is my Independence Day, it's the day I quit my 9-5 job and became free!

Real estate has been a great vehicle to allow me to live the lifestyle of my dreams - being able to be present in the lives of my kids, traveling the world and collecting lifelong memories with my family. And being able to control the most important currency of my life - my time.
